User Data Deletion Instructions

AI COMPANY Admin is a private management tool used through the WhatsApp Business Platform (see our Privacy Policy). You can ask us to delete any data we hold about you at any time.

How to request deletion

Send an email to humoudalsaif4@gmail.com with the subject “AI COMPANY Admin – data deletion”.
Include the WhatsApp number you used (with country code) so we can find your data. Do not send passwords or verification codes.
We may ask you to confirm the request from that same WhatsApp number, to make sure the request is really yours.

What we delete

Messages and replies linked to your number;
Assistant memory linked to you;
Your number from the list of authorised administrators (if you were one).

Security records that only contain a one-way hash, times and event types may be kept where needed to protect the service or where the law requires it.

When

We complete deletion within 30 days of a confirmed request and reply to confirm it. Messages held by WhatsApp on your own phone are controlled by you in the WhatsApp app.

طريقة طلب الحذف

أرسل بريداً إلكترونياً إلى humoudalsaif4@gmail.com بعنوان «AI COMPANY Admin – حذف البيانات».
اذكر رقم واتساب الذي استخدمته (مع رمز الدولة) لنجد بياناتك. لا ترسل كلمات مرور أو رموز تحقق.
قد نطلب منك تأكيد الطلب من رقم واتساب نفسه للتأكد أن الطلب منك فعلاً.

ما الذي نحذفه

الرسائل والردود المرتبطة برقمك؛
ذاكرة المساعد المرتبطة بك؛
رقمك من قائمة المشرفين المصرّح لهم (إن كنت منهم).

قد نحتفظ بسجلات أمان لا تحتوي إلا على بصمة غير قابلة للعكس وأوقات وأنواع أحداث، عند الحاجة لحماية الخدمة أو إذا ألزمنا القانون.

المدة

ننهي الحذف خلال 30 يوماً من تأكيد الطلب ونرد عليك بالتأكيد. أما الرسائل المحفوظة في تطبيق واتساب على جوالك فأنت من يتحكم بها.
