1. What this app is

AI COMPANY Admin is a private internal management tool operated by Sharekty 4 sale in Kuwait (“we”). It lets the business owner and authorised administrators send management requests (for example reports and task reminders) to an internal assistant through the WhatsApp Business Platform, and receive the replies. It is not a public service, it is not offered to consumers, and it is not used to message customers.

2. Information we process

• Authorised administrators: WhatsApp phone number, WhatsApp profile name and message ID provided by Meta, and the content of the messages they send to the admin number.
• Anyone else who messages the admin number: their messages are not processed or answered. We keep only a one-way hash of the phone number in a security log.
• Assistant memory: work preferences an administrator asks the assistant to remember (for example “send reports in the morning”). We do not store payment card numbers, passwords or customer phone numbers in this memory.
• Security records: date and time, event type and approval status. Message text is not written to the security log.

3. How we use it

Only to understand an administrator’s request, prepare the reply, keep work context, protect the service (for example blocking unknown senders and duplicate or forged requests) and keep an audit trail. Any action that changes something outside the tool, sends a message to anyone else or spends money needs a separate, explicit approval from the owner.

4. Sharing

We do not sell personal data and we do not use it for advertising. We share data only with the service providers needed to run the tool, and only as much as needed:

• Meta Platforms (WhatsApp Business Platform), to receive and deliver WhatsApp messages;
• Anthropic (Claude API), to generate the assistant’s replies;
• Mem0, to store the assistant’s work memory;
• Cloudflare, to carry encrypted (HTTPS) traffic to our server.

We may also disclose data where the law requires it. Customer data of our businesses is not shared through this tool except when strictly necessary to operate it.

5. Storage and security

Data is processed on the operator’s own computer and by the providers above, which may be located outside Kuwait. Secrets are stored encrypted, every request from Meta is checked with a signature, only authorised numbers are served, and access is limited to the owner.

6. Retention

We keep messages, memory and security records only as long as needed to run and secure the tool, and delete them when they are no longer needed or when deletion is requested (see below).

7. Your choices and deletion

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. See User Data Deletion Instructions.

8. Children

This tool is for authorised business administrators only and is not directed to children.

9. Changes and contact

1. ما هو هذا التطبيق

AI COMPANY Admin أداة إدارة داخلية خاصة يشغّلها Sharekty 4 sale في الكويت («نحن»). تسمح لصاحب العمل والمشرفين المصرّح لهم بإرسال طلبات إدارية (مثل التقارير وتذكير المهام) إلى مساعد داخلي عبر منصة WhatsApp Business، واستقبال الردود. هي ليست خدمة عامة، ولا تُقدَّم للمستهلكين، ولا تُستخدم لمراسلة العملاء.

2. المعلومات التي نعالجها

• المشرفون المصرّح لهم: رقم واتساب، واسم الملف الشخصي ومعرّف الرسالة كما توفرها Meta، ومحتوى الرسائل التي يرسلونها إلى رقم الإدارة.
• أي شخص آخر يراسل رقم الإدارة: لا تُعالَج رسائله ولا يُرد عليها، ونحتفظ فقط ببصمة غير قابلة للعكس لرقمه في سجل الأمان.
• ذاكرة المساعد: تفضيلات عمل يطلب المشرف من المساعد تذكّرها. لا نخزّن فيها أرقام بطاقات أو كلمات مرور أو أرقام هواتف العملاء.
• سجلات الأمان: الوقت ونوع الحدث وحالة الموافقة، بدون نص الرسائل.

3. كيف نستخدمها

فقط لفهم طلب المشرف، وتجهيز الرد، وحفظ سياق العمل، وحماية الخدمة (مثل حجب المرسلين غير المعروفين والطلبات المكررة أو المزوّرة)، والاحتفاظ بسجل تدقيق. أي إجراء يغيّر شيئاً خارج الأداة أو يرسل رسالة لأي شخص آخر أو يصرف مالاً يحتاج موافقة صريحة ومنفصلة من صاحب العمل.

4. المشاركة

لا نبيع البيانات الشخصية ولا نستخدمها للإعلانات. نشاركها فقط مع مزوّدي الخدمة اللازمين لتشغيل الأداة وبالقدر اللازم: Meta (منصة WhatsApp Business)، وAnthropic (Claude API)، وMem0 (ذاكرة المساعد)، وCloudflare (نقل الاتصال المشفّر). وقد نفصح عنها إذا ألزمنا القانون. لا تُشارَك بيانات عملاء أعمالنا عبر هذه الأداة إلا عند الضرورة التشغيلية القصوى.

5. التخزين والأمان

تُعالَج البيانات على جهاز المشغّل نفسه ولدى المزوّدين أعلاه، وقد يكون بعضهم خارج الكويت. الأسرار مخزّنة مشفّرة، وكل طلب من Meta يُتحقق من توقيعه، ولا يُخدم إلا الأرقام المصرّح لها.

6. مدة الاحتفاظ

نحتفظ بالرسائل والذاكرة وسجلات الأمان فقط طالما احتجنا لها لتشغيل الأداة وحمايتها، ونحذفها عند انتهاء الحاجة أو عند طلب الحذف.

7. خياراتك والحذف

يمكنك طلب معرفة ما نحتفظ به عنك، أو تصحيحه، أو حذفه. راجع تعليمات حذف بيانات المستخدم.

8. الأطفال

الأداة مخصصة للمشرفين المصرّح لهم فقط، وليست موجهة للأطفال.
